Work with wheel loader machine plant on new model of wheel loaders applying the engines to the application. The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with machine NPI team and the systems integration team to supply an engine that meets performance and durability goals. They will also be responsible to meet cost and quality targets while maintaining common design with other engine products. The candidate will also be responsible to resolve all design/application issues that arise through the NPI process, complete FMEA's, make sure CPPD is being completed and follow a rigorous NPI introduction process. Wants someone who has been a Team Leader not just on a team. Also, good excel skills and Project management.
Bachelor degree in Engineering. 3+ years experience with diesel engine applications and/or earthmoving equipment applications. Diesel engine or earthmoving equipment technical marketing experience would also be acceptable. Wildfire (Pro-e) experience and design experience.
